Texas has a little bit of everything whether you like to surf, hunt, hang out in the big city, or go to the small towns. It’s really big. Like bigger than a lot of countries. Seriously just pick a direction and drive. The food is decent and you can usually find what you’re looking for. If culture is your thing I hear Austin has a lot of that although I’ve never been myself. I prefer to spend time in the Southwest, that’s a little more of my style. So besides having all of that to offer, the team is in a decent place. I mean the rest of the conference is hot on our heels but at least it’s not yet a bloodbath like the great lakes are. But the rest of the teams are playing catch up. Texas is just a great place all around. As long as you can ignore the politics which can be hard to do in today’s climate. But the rest of it is pretty great.

Not a Commissioner. Shh!
If you are considering the New England Wolfpack in free agency this offseason, then I am here to tell you that that is a phenomenal choice! There is so much to do in Boston, and it will take a couple more days to explain all the wonderful things that you can experience in this city. If you’re a museum person, do not worry, you won’t get the Dougie Hamilton treatment with the Wolfpack! With our wide variety of museums and differing tastes on the team, you’ll always have a friend who is able to go to museums with you! If you’re more of a foodie, there are few places with food options that can match up to those in Boston. If you like seafood, you’ll never be short on delectable options with some of the freshest seafood possible. Lobster, crab, scallops, mussels, clams, all sorts of seafood will be at your disposal if you join the Wolfpack!

Have you ever wanted to finish top 6 in points but still miss the playoffs? Well then Toronto is the place for you.
After just coming out of a big rebuild last season, it saw all of Toronto’s pieces coming together to make a deep playoff run, only being a couple minutes from the Finals. Toronto boasts some of the premier talent in their primes, Bobby Lane and Adam Barron, along with some of the top tier up and comers, Ryosuke Sato, Liam Slate, and Ryu Jones, will have this team being a contender for many seasons to come. With expansion looking to take two of our players, there will be openings for any potential Free Agents wanting to be a part of the powerful group that has multiple Challenge Cups in their eyes.
Toronto has a fun and active locker room, where everyone is welcome and there is never a dull moment.
Come on down to Baltimore! Do you like harbors? Baltimore has a harbor called the "Baltimore Harbor!" Do you like platoons? The Baltimore Platoon is the best platoon in the entire SHL! If you happen to be a fan of Maryland for whatever reason, Baltimore is the only Maryland based team in the league! The history in the city of Baltimore is truly wonderful. Baltimore is where the Treaty of Versailles was signed, ending World War 2! Baltimore was also the first city created in America, founded because of its great access to water and general good vibes. In terms of the team, the assistant GM is a sheep which is a pretty solid plus if you ask me. SHL fact: The Baltimore Platoon have never lost a game. Ever. Wanna be a part of an undefeated team? The Baltimore Platoon are the team for you. The Platoon are a welcoming bunch, and would sure love to have you over here!
Hello free agents, please consider the Chicago Syndicate after the dust settles from the expansion draft. With our core group, we're still contenders as they fight off regression a couple more seasons. We'll have a need for a high scoring winger with the likely departure of Lallo Selman. If you're someone who only likes offense and scoring there's no better centre to play with than Ryan Shepard! He's great at both ends of the ice and will have your defensive responsibilities covered no problem. He's also great at setting his wingers up for highlight goals and you don't have to worry about him taking away your goals with his abysmal shooting percentage! If joining the thunderdome that is the Great Lakes Division something that troubles you, I have good news. Chicago will be moving out of the Great Lakes this offseason with the division realignment. With this, there will be no fears of missing playoffs due to FHM incapabilities.
Located in the great state of Georgia, the Atlanta Inferno are an up and coming team looking for YOUR help. If you are a fan of good times, laughs, friendship, and good hockey then look no further. Based out of the Simulation Hockey League, this wondrous team is prepared to offer all of that, including the good times, laughs, friendship, good hockey, and much much more! The city itself has many attractions, like other sports teams that are nowhere near as good as the Atlanta Inferno, as well as other cool stuff like a zoo. Probably. If there is a zoo it definitely has otters which just so happen to be the team sponsored animal, with a charity set up to help them fight to keep their place in the ecosystem around the world. In conclusion, if you are looking for a charitable team that loves good times, laughs, friendship, good hockey, and the state of Georgia then look no further and come join this wondrous team that can give you all that and more.
The New England Wolf Pack is one of the most prestigious franchises in the Simulation Hockey League.
Based in the city of Boston, Massachusetts. A city with centuries of history and sports, there's no other place in the United States that can even compare.
If you head north, you have the mountains in New Hampshire. If you head east, you have Cape Cod and as many beaches as one could ever ask for.
The team is currently in the upswing following a length rebuild and will be perennial contenders in short time.
There's no question that's what most people are looking for on a team, what else could you ask for?
The team and staff themselves are fantastic, some of the best in the league if not the best.
On top of all of this, we also have duck boats that we use for championship parades. That is a vehicle that you can drive on land, then drive straight into the ocean.
No other city can offer this.
So serious free agent pitch. First about the team. The Platoon has a great group of guys. An overall young group that is on the rise. After making the playoffs last season for the first time in 8 seasons, we are looking to make another push for consecutive playoff appearances. Also in the next few seasons start pushing to be a Challenge Cup contender. Our team has a wide range of hobbies, so there is something for everyone. Lastly led by our fearless leaders, we are in great hands.
And now about Baltimore. It has the Inner Harbor which is lined with great restaurants and bars. It also has the Maryland Live Casino. If you into blowing money, then this is your spot. You can go watch the other big league teams, the Orioles and the Ravens. They are right next door to each other. Batlimore is located right down the road from the nation's capital, Washington DC. You can go sight seeing and check out all the hsitorical details the city has to offer.
Just come to the Baltimore Platoon, and you will have a great time both on and off the ice.

A free agent pitch, you say? Okay, I'm going to do a little story time here, and I promise it's relevant in case anyone is actually reading this. One of my favorite free agent pitches actually came from the team for whom my current player is playing, but on my last player, Cory Knouse. Fresh off a Challenge Cup victory in Season 45 with Edmonton, I was technically a free agent but had already agreed to stay put with the Blizzard for however much they could afford when I get a message from Joe saying "COME TO NOLA PLZ, WE HAVE ME AND CAPRI-SUN". It was so simple, but it made me laugh like crazy because it was so... Joe. Ultimately, I never ended up in New Orleans with that player, but here I am now with my current player, Slava Petrov, and I have to say I have to receive any of this alleged Capri-Sun. What the heck is up with that, @JKortesi81? I guess what I'm trying to say is come to NOLA & we can go on a quest to find this secret stash of Capri-Sun because I sure as heck can't find it on my own.
Winnipeg offers consistency. In that, Slip McScruff is a consistent fixture in Winnipeg and you will consistently be able to play with him and all his slippy glory. There hasn’t been a season without Slip McScruff since time before time. Some players still in the league will tell you about the time before Slip McScruff, but they are senile and about to retire. Eventually, all that remains in the league is Slip McScruff and those that grew up in the Slip McScruff era. Players that shared the ice with Slip McScruff have had kids who now share the ice with Slip McScruff.
If you join up with the Winnipeg Aurora, you are joining up to a scruffy legacy, the only time in Winnipeg history without a cup, but with the most hair. Some day, if McScruff lasts until the solar collapse of the universe, Winnipeg will win a cup with him on the bottom pair and he’ll finally be able to sleep. Get your front row tickets to the spectacle and shake hands with an elder.
This offseason will see an expansion draft, unlike any other done before, which should presumably and probably will mean that all of the teams in the Simulation Hockey League will have a few more spaces on their rosters to fill and will have a bit more cap to play with. That being said, this free agency period might be a bit more exciting than it usually is for certain. If Joseph Weston was to write a pitch that is generally accessible to any and all free agents to tell them what the team and city of Calgary offer. it would be quite the wild pitch. To play for Calgary is to play for one of the oldest and longest standing rosters available in the League, with so much history and tradition with it. With massive characters such as Esa, Izzy, Katth, WT, and much much more, there's really so much that can appeal to anyone and everyone

I am not sure what ATLANTA has that is that special if I'm being honest. Like we're an alright team to be fair, but what do we really have that is better than all the other teams in the league. I guess our love for otters is one thing that other teams can't beat us in. We love otters so much that we have a dedicated channels just for them. So Atlanta is perfect for people that love cute otters. We're also the only team to have hotdog and glutes as GMs. I know it's not a very well known fact, but we actually are the only team to have them as GMs. So, if you like these two people, you would probably be a fan of being in Atlanta. Finally, we have many cool, original emotes. We have made our own emotes based on otters, and we have many other ones that are very cool.
As an SHL GM, I have had to make quite a few Free Agent pitches in the past few seasons. The biggest thing I always look for with a free agent is how well they will fit in with the team dynamic.
For those interested in Joining the Minnesota Monarchs, we are an up and coming team in the West. This season we surprised just about everyone in the SHL by coming into season firing on all cylinders. Many believe we are punching above our weight class but I have been seeing my players grow and improve for the past 8 seasons since I took over and we have nowhere to go but up as our young core continues to step up their game. This is the perfect time for a Free Agent to get in on our rise up the standings. We have some key spots we need to fill to truly open a cup window and with some of the top earners across the past drafts, joining Minnesota would be a move to solidify our core and make deep playoff pushes. We have a great locker room environment that is relaxed and chill, but always willing to help others.
