S77 PT #0: Call me again when the season starts Due: Sunday, June 9th @ 11:59 PM PST

Option 1

As a rookie in the SMJHL, it's normal to be shy in front of the camera and not be willing to be the front of a new marketing campain.
There is still so much things to learn from people that have way more experience than him that it's hard to view this positively. But it can be a good opportunity for Emile to get close to his GM and learn a thing or two about management and how to act like a professionnal.
Even if it's not related to hockey, it will still be something that he can learn from as an human being.
Not a lot of people would accept it because they prefer to train or to travel with their friends or family, but since Emile is a young player that have nobody to follow him, it can be a good thing for him.
He will do it this time, but he's not sure he would do it in the future.

Option 2

Getting ready for the new season is always a bit of a trial. You get a little bit of time off from the play-offs and really, you're just looking to relax for the summer months. Still though, being paid to play the great game of hockey means that you have to be completely dedicated to getting ready every year. This time, Andren is looking to beef up his offensive game. More drills, more practicing with this fellow Swedes in his home town of Stockholm. More of just getting real good at that kind of intuition that every great offensive player has. He neglecting what got him drafted though, as he works himself up into a berserker like frenzy, practicing pummeling his foes in the boxing ring so that he can continue to be one of the leagues premiere tough guys. He does this all summer long until those last few weeks when he takes a break. The body has to be ready because he's going hard this season.

168 words.

Andren Akerson (Present)
Adrik Baranov (S55 to S70)
Rurik Razin (S32 to S44)
Roy Razin (S17 to S32) (HOF/Rage HOF)
Audun Wissink (S5 to S15)

157 WC

Dash Jackson is entering his 3rd full season and being at the SMJHL league cap (425) he's been pushing himself harder than ever to perform at the highest level before making the leap to the SHL. I've been at home in London working out in the home gym, i have everything i could ever need here. From weights, elevated running track, Olympic size swimming pool to an indoor floor hockey rink. I feel confident about my defensive game led the Yukon Malamutes in Shots blocked and Takeaways in the preseason (at the time of this writing) but I'm trying to add more offensive pop to my game, with only 4 goals in almost 2 full seasons been working on that. I've also been working on building up more strength and stamina, running more on the track up to 4 miles a day i feel like the extra speed and stamina boost will be helpful in the long run.

Written Option 1: @hotdog, the altanta inferno general manager from the simulation hockey ligue is forcing the whole team to a movie groupwatching activity. @Leppish was in charge of selecting the movie for the team and he chose to pick the Slotherhouse movie, a movie about sloths being serial killers. Hotdog said he would bring ice cream for everyone, even @Gordon Bombay who is famously lact of those in the lerance but still eats the ice cream because he is a gourmet. I think @Renomitsu would also bring popcorn or something but it wasn't clear. I think the activity will be fun but with the season coming up in a few days it seems like the timing is a bit off, shouldn'T we be training? Shouldn't the co-gm say something to hotdog so he can refocus us on the task? I hear his betting of ATL under at the casino is what explains the lack of intensity in training.

Elena is not the biggest fan of promo events but she still shows up whenever she is required to. When her general manager called her to tell her she had to participate in a meet and greet in Los Angeles just a couple of days later, she was pissed. Not necessarily because of the nature of the event but because she wasn't told before. After listening to the GM apologize for a bit for getting dates mixed up, she promised to be there. She sees her career as a hockey player as a huge privilege and she knows that none of it would be possible without the fans. She's a little shy and doesn't have much to say when meeting them but she'll still give them as much time as she can. As a new member of the LA Panthers, she sees this as a good opportunity to get to know the fanbase.

Quote:Written Option 2: Offseason is almost over and team training camp just over the corner. How does your player prepare during these last weeks before team is put back together. Is it time for rest to so you can endure the long season to come, do they ramp up their gym practises or maybe do some special technical training to further improve their skills to make the next step during their career or keep fighting the inevitable aging? How do they spend their last few weeks before team training camp?

As the hockey offseason winds down and training camp approaches, my player adopts a strategic approach to preparation. Balancing rest and intense training is key. To start, they prioritize recovery to heal any offseason wear and tear, incorporating activities like yoga, massages, and physical therapy to enhance flexibility and address minor aches. Gym sessions become more rigorous, focusing on strength, conditioning, and endurance. The workouts are designed to build muscle, improve cardiovascular health, and enhance overall athleticism. Compound exercises, plyometrics, and sport-specific drills are emphasized to ensure readiness for the physical demands of the season.

On-ice training is intensified, with dedicated sessions to hone skating skills, shooting accuracy, and stickhandling. Working with a skills coach, they target areas for improvement to stay competitive and push their game to the next level. Scrimmages and drills simulate game conditions, ensuring they are mentally and physically sharp. Mental preparation also plays a crucial role. They review game footage, set personal goals, and employ visualization techniques to maintain a strong, focused mindset.
In these final weeks, my player combines rest, rigorous physical training, and skill refinement to enter training camp in peak condition, ready to tackle the season ahead.

Its time for Vent to do some PR for being drafted to the Wolfpack. To do that, he will have to go to some events to spread love to fans and get the wolfpack name out there. To start, he went to a gaming connection where NHL was being played and a bunch of different games. Other players from the wolfpack went but Vent was very excited to be doing one of his favorite hobbies as a PR event and playing som NHL with the fans on a big stage. Doing some Q and A as well. Taking photos and such. Doing all the PR things a hockey player does when its time to do it. The next event Vent went to was a mental health connection. Talking about the stigma with athletes and mental heath. Talking about the toll the mind goes through with all of the physical abuse it takes. Vent had a great time at his events.

Thomas Liebold is excited for the season to start, with training camp right around the corner he is starting to ramp up his offseason program to make sure that he is ready for the season to start. The Baltimore Platoon finished last season by losing in the finals although they finished the regular season in first place, he knows that the Platoon want to be at the top of the league this season so he starts going to the gym twice a day rather than once in order to help give the Baltimore Platoon the best possible chance to win the SHL Championship this season. Another thing that Liebold does to get ready for the season is to get on the ice every day and skate, he practices shooting, skating, and controlling the puck. Lastly to ensure that he does not burn himself out and is well rested for the season he golfs everyday to help him relax

Alright so if there isn't drinking involved I am not going tk be there so we are going to to the annual gnabe boxing match at the local pub in Philly. Because we are not allowed to actually pay for and serve the alcohol for people, it will be bring your own beer for this one but our food will be provided. This will be a good alternative to the limited drinking. However in order to take part in the boxing match, you need to start each round with a tall boy being shotgunned. By the end of the tjrid fight everyone there is for sure going tk be plastered drunk and having a good time. Like always people are going to try and gight gnabe and take several punches to the chin before going down but this is what is to be expected when goingnup against the fighting king of the shl.

Hockey Player is absolutely set on becoming one of the biggest players in the simulation major junior hockey league. Going into the second season as a franchise its a great time to really show everyone what hockey player can do on the ice as well as how we have already improved as a team. Hockey Player has been focused on on mainly offensive training, getting pucks to the net is as important now in the game of hockey as it always has been and thats the only way we will win games. Theres still a lot of improvement to come before Hockey Player makes it to the SHL but right now all that matters is getting wins in the Simulation major junior hockey league. As always practice ends with a nice trip to the local outback steakhouse for a bloomin onion, which is full of healthy and delicious vitamins and minerals every hockey player needs. Ribs are pretty good too.

With Scar Bealey’s sights set squarely on helping the St. Louis Scarecrows win the SMJHL championship, one would think that he’d be doing doubles in the gym and going extra hard on the ice for practice. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. While Scar, of course, is hitting the gym and practicing on the ice, he isn’t overdoing it. The SMJHL is long and grueling, and the playoffs are even longer and more brutal on the body. Knowing this, Scar believes that the offseason should be for resting the body, and preparing himself mentally and physically for the grind that lies ahead in S77. He’s been doing more yoga, and meditation too. While others are “hitting the gym even harder”, he’s getting sports massages and taking ice baths. He’s prepared more than ever to get the Scarecrows to the promised land, and not beating up his body before the season even starts is part of the road map for doing just that. (164)

For the first option, John Brown simply doesn't take the call. Halfway through the conversation, John Brown leaves the phone, a corded phone of course, sitting on the kitchen table, receiver up, unattended. John Brown simply ignores the phone and goes outside to take care of his farm and family himself. He loves to do this and spends much of his time feeding the animals on the farm. In particular the cows are some of the nicest animals he prefers to take care of, which gets him out of having to do a meet and greet for the team. Which, admittedly, is probably for the best because the last time people asked him to do a meet and greet he spent the time loudly proclaiming the evils of slavery and the for profit prison system in the United States. It's something he's well known for being very outspoken about, of course. He just doesn't like having to do it over farmwork.

option 1: Lias is old now and has no life outside of hockey so he is more than happy to come back and do whatever thing Ace needs him to do. In his younger years, he probably would have been off sailing with Conner halfway around the globe on Conner's sister's sailboat but now Conner has gotten signed by the Aurora and they're going to be teammates again for the first time since they played together in Nevada all those long years ago, so he really has nothing better to be doing than rushing back to do some kind of joint media appearance with Conner, probably for pride month, in the name of the Winnipeg Aurora. It's one of those "I am the SHL" type things where they probably have rainbow paint on their face and all of the LGBTQ+ athletes that they could muster up show up to do an inspiring commercial and Lias is more than happy to curtail his summer vacation to do it.
