As much as I love Sizz, I think repeating as league MVP is almost impossible I can't even recall the last time it's been done if ever. Good luck to him in that endeavour I just don't see it happening

“The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. ... There are neither beginnings nor endings to the Wheel of Time. But it was a beginning.”

FOR. During my time in the league I feel like NOLA has never been quite at the top (I might be wrong though). So I would not have anything against this. Bet there are people in NOLA who have been waiting for success for quite some time, so they'd definitely deserve it.

FOR Calgary will score most goals.

Of course Calgary Dragons will score the most goals. Look at those offensive talents. The Solbergs. Literally wizards playing with Literally Wizard. And Kaliyev and Van De Schubbekutteveen. And must not forget Huh, Howlett and Skovgaard. This smells like future champions. Or bacon. Time will show.

New Orleans makes it to the Challenge Cup finals

against, I do not believe NOLA will make it to the challenge cup finals for 2 very practical reasons, they lost their number 1 center and one of the top wingers in the system. whilst they do in fact have one of the best if not the best defense in the league they lack the critical ability to score without these forwards.

FOR: New Orleans makes it to the Challenge Cup finals

NOLA is the one team from the west that has been a contender and hasnt seen their success translate to a trip to the finals yet. Would be a great story, TPE be damned.

I am against Montreal winning the cup. Despite being drafted to the team in this season's entry level draft I think we aren't quite ready to be claiming the cup as ours. I'm super pumped to be in the LR and see where we are at in a few season!

Montreal wins the cup.

I am against this hot take as the Montreal Patriotes have been the bottom of the standings for the last few seasons and have not shown much improvement in the standings so making it to winning the cup is highly unlikely.

FOR: For the first time since S71, Hodor won't have most blocked shots.

Time waits for no one! It's about time for another player to take that top spot. Texas has taken their goalie to the max for far too many seasons now. I expect we'll see some close competition before Hodor eventually fails to make the most blocked shots record again.

For: For first time since S71, Hodor wont have most blocked shots

I think there is too much talent up and coming on the defensive end of the ice for this trend to continue. This, factored in with the natural decline of age with the step up in competition will result in Hodor not blocking as many shots as predicted.

FOR: Calgary will score most goals.

Got the Norwegian connection going and all around playmaking fantastical-ness. And also red is the fastest color so they will just blow right by the forecheckers.

Against: For first time since S71, Hodor wont have most blocked shots

I’m mainly making this argument because I picked him in fantasy, but I believe that he’ll still lead in blocked shots. He had 31 more blocked shots than the next player last year, and I don’t see him slowing down too much.

Why?  Nola has some lovely people on their squad and it would be nice for them to make it to the show. They have been waiting and this might be the right time to do it!

Against. If cup finals appearances were based on lovely people, good vibes, and waiting a long time for it, then Czechia would've won IIHF gold a long time ago. The FHM gods don't care about such things.

I mean look at the brass tacks, LAP and SFP have built strong teams through an amazing staff and GM structure. They've brought in active and top earners and I've never heard a bad word about their LR's which means their well rounded in the meta. As far as games and stats, LAP is a tough team to face off against and SFP can surprise you. I think they'll meet and go to seven games.

For Calgary scoring the most goals this season. I don't really know why, Calgary just seems like a goal scoring town. Yee haw my dudes.
