I would like a German Shepard. It will come out on the ice every intermission before the 3rd period to hype the team up if they're ahead, or behind (but not if were losing by like 4+ before the 3rd period). Sometimes, the dog will come and attend training sessions. Today, the manager went to the adoption center and adopted a dog! Some of the team went along with the manager. The manager decided to name it Zerk. To celebrate the team pet, we even set up a locker for him, and another part of the team set it up! The manager appreciates it. Hannah likes dogs, so she agreed to take care of it. Sometimes, other players want to take care of it, so the team all agreed on to rotate on which player has the responsibility to take care of Zerk.
Back when N'Zola first joined the ranks at Baltimore after managerial changes in Los Angeles it was rather difficult or him to get along with folks who had been there for 10 or 15 years or even more, but there was one guy he had chemistry from the very beginning, and it was one of the physios Baltimore had recently hired to replace a guy who went into retirement being there for nearly 30 years. The new guy was in a similar spot himself where it was hard for him to adapt to the existing core of the staff and the players. When the staff veterans were busy patching up Olubori and the Liebold brothers who had been there for their entire professional hockey career the new guy was left with the scraps, so to say, including N'Zola and his tight hamstrings. During the first sessions they didnt talk that much, being only dealt with after rough patch of games the Platoon were facing but when they spent more time together on the massage table it became very clear that this person was going to be N'Zolas guy for good
The Winnipeg Aurora will be constructing a plexiglass cage directly behind one of the goals at their arena. In the cage they will place a trained polar bear. The bear knows to leave anyone wearing a Winnipeg jersey alone, but is relentless in its attempts to terrify opposing players. Specifically opposing goaltenders will have to deal with constant slamming of the glass, gnashing of the teeth, growling and roaring when the puck is at the other end of the ice. His name is Rory and he's very well trained. Often times he is available for promotional material where he is seen hanging with Winnipeg players and even cuddling with them. He is trained specifically to show aggression only towards opposing teams jerseys, so camera men and such are safe during filming. This doubles as a deterrent for opposing fans that want to sit down near the ice level, and he will show extreme aggression towards them when they show up wearing their teams jersey. He is of course very affectionate towards Aurora fans. (174 words)
The mascot for New England would be wolves because we are the wolfpack. These wolves would be left free throughout the arena and throughout the training facilities. Once you join the team, either as a draftee, someone who just got traded or a free agent pickup, you must spend 1 week getting acclimated with the wolf so it gets used to you and doesn't attack you once first sight. This is great because when my opponents come to our home ice to play against us, they would need to face the wolf in the hallways . If the wolf is able to eat a few of them, this removes a few players from their team and makes it easier for us. Hopefully the first person our mascot wolf will eat is @Gyro_Hero because we don't want to face him on the ice! The wolf would still be very nice with the players that actually play for New England.
In my opinion always the whole team is important. So that involves the players, coaches, docs, the General Manager, building supervisior, therapists in overall and many more. Even the ticket master is important as team member. If all works very well as team then you have a nearly perfect atmosphere for everyone. It should be the feel like home if you come to work not important what job you do there. So we are very happy to be in Anchorage with all our workmates and we see us more like team members like I mentioned before. Anyone can go to the next member of the organisation and have a nice talk. That is so special and this is my dream to have everywhere. All this love, all this respect, all this tolerance. I hope everyone come in our organisation feels like home because if not it would be hard to believe because we know what we have here.

Written Option 2: Teams want their players to be at their best when they hit the ice so they spend money to hire best staff to help them. Personal trainers, physiotherapists, equipment managers and many more are there to help your player to achieve highest levels and be as comfortable on ice as they can be. Who are the most important members of non coaching staff to your player? Who they are? How they help your player and what kind of relationship they have build with them?
When Oskar first entered the league his first favourite staff was definitely the equipment manager. They had access to all the latest gear and he greatly appreciated that San Francisco was ready to splurge on equipment to get the most out of their team. As Oskar enters the regression years of his career he has a new found appreciation for the other members of the team staff, especially the personal trainers and team chefs. His body isn't quite what it used to be and he needs to use every competitive advantage to get the most out of it. The team chef in particular has worked tirelessly with Oskar to build and maintain a specific diet targeted at getting a well rounded meal multiple times a day. The San Francisco Pride personal trainer has helped improve Oskar's endurance significantly, helping him keep up with all the younger talent in the league.

Ace Lightning hates dogs and cats, and really any conventional animal, so when the team was approached to add a team mascot pet, he had his veto card ready. Luckily, he has some pull around town and was able to convince the club to get a pet alligator as the team mascot. Chompy, they’ll call it. He is kept in a cage above the ice and in the middle of games when things aren’t going well for Toronto, they can yell to release Chompy and have him run around and intimidate the opposition, in a humane way of course. They would have to hire an alligator wrangler, which is a bit tight in the bushes these days, but it’s a very unique team pet to have so it seems to be worth it. On off days or when the team is travelling, they donate him back to the zoo.
Written Option 1: Nothing compares to the joy of coming home to a loyal companion, or so does your GM think as they come up with the idea to boost morale of the team and to get a mascot for the team with one move. So they will get a team pet (if there already isn't one), but they let players pick what it will be. So what kind of pet will it be? What will it be called? Does it just hang around the arena or training facilities or will it go into the locker or even join the team on bench (I’m pretty sure there is no rule in SHL forbidding gooses from the bench)? Who takes care of it? Will there be dedicated staff for it or will it spend a week with each player?
The General Manager wants a mascot and all the players would love to have a dragon since we are called Dragons. Then there’s only one option. A Komodo dragon would make an excellent mascot for the Calgary Dragons, blending perfectly with the team’s fierce identity. The Komodo is the largest living species of lizard, known for its power, agility, and unmatched hunting skills. Traits any hockey team would love to embody. Much like the Calgary Dragons on the ice, Komodos are tenacious predators that strike fear into their opponents, with their quick reflexes and strength.
Additionally, the Komodo dragon's mythical reputation adds to the team’s branding. Dragons are symbolic of strength, dominance, and even a bit of mystery. Qualities that fit well with a team striving to be the best.
Imagine a Komodo mascot patrolling the sidelines, representing resilience and ferocity, all while drawing in fans with its unique, exotic charm. The young fans could feed it with small animals dressed in the opposition’s colours. It would help create a visual identity that's both intimidating and unforgettable.
Rather than having a team pet the Pats have a team plant, well a farm of these plants to be precise. As we do enjoy a good smoke with some teammates the Pats have invested in a quality tobacco farm so we can light up in our very classy pipes after every win. We work hard on the ice so when we can go back to the farm and enjoy a good smoke from the freshly dried plants. We made sure to invest in local produce as we bought a farm South of Montreal. Furthermore, everyone that has ever played for the Pats has access and is welcome to come back and light a stogie or contribute to our growing efforts. I think this is a testament to how talent the Pat's roster can still enjoy the ever so classy hobby of quality smokes while also competing in professional sports despite hindering their lungs.

Option 1: Team Mascot
There is actually a dog breed known as the Newfoundland because of their original breeding as work dogs for fishermen in the Dominion of Newfoundland. So, it is only proper that a Newfoundland dog, named Berserker, of course, be the mascot for the Newfoundland Berserkers.
The current Berserker has black fur and weighs 70 KG. The dog is about 7 years old. Berserker is led by his handler to the arena and sits in the owner's booth and is available for picture taking with Newfoundland fans. He has a Newfoundland Berserker jersey that is custom made just for him to wear.
The idea to adopt Berserker and make him the team's mascot came about following the team's fund raiser during the offseason when they volunteered during an Adopt A Dog event.
Ima Noobie has even begun a new YouTube channel where he videos the daily exploits of Berserker the Newfoundland Dog.

Without a doubt in my mind, the most important people that make the team run, keep everyone’s morale high and are the guys in the engine room that keep it going are the equipment staff. Usually, they are the hardest working people around and they work 20-plus hours a day and never say no. They are such an incredible group of people and the fact that they have everything ready when the team arrives and are there long after the players have gone home and keep up the team morale while catering to all these millionaires needs. In lots of cases, they also have to catering the needs of the players’ friends and family as well, which goes above and beyond. The most important thing is they all know how to have fun. They go out on the road and are always the life of the party. Pretty impressive stuff being the hours that they work.

Option 1
The Renegades already have a great mascot (I know, because I created him!) but a person in a suit is only one flavor of mascot so sure, let's go out and get a real deal team pet as well. So we've worked with the Dallas Zoo to get an actual red wolf. And let me tell you: it is terrifying!
Though not as big as a a gray wolf, Little Rene really ain't that little (though he's littler than the person in the furry suit, and younger too, so that's why he's called Little Rene). To make sure he gets enough exercise, when fans aren't around, Little Rene is allowed to just wander around the concourse more or less at will. They keep him fed enough that he isn't tempted to break into the hot dog stands and I've been reassured on multiple occasions that he's very well trained and fond of people. But I may never get used to playing a bit of morning warm-up footie in the hallway and having a wolf come galloping around the corner and hoping to be involved. And then if you let you him play, he's actually terrible at keep-em-up and more likely to deflate the ball than anything.
the ideal pet for the Buffalo Stampede would definitely be a buffalo wearing skates. I know it’s on the nose but with a massive, thicc bison wearing hockey skates on its feet. picture this huge chungus ripping across the ice, barely maintaining its balance, yet still managing to block shots simply due to its massive size. What is its name? Lee is the name after the greatest team leader and commish.
Lee would not only serve as a mascot. No, he would serve as the team's hidden advantage. Picture him exiting during halftime, chomping on hay or zyns, as the entire crowd screams. Does he have a high speed? No way. Is he skilled in hockey, really? Definitely no. However, who gives importance to that? Lee has a great sense of style, a lot of heart, and is very meme-worthy.
Everyone would be going crazy, other teams would hate him and you can bet we'd all be sporting Lee jerseys. Every time you came across a big, fluffy buffalo popping zyns on the ice. He is also very huggable and his progeny would eventually become the Buffalo stampede of Buffalo from Buffalo
