This offseason saw the Kraken lose all three of its lettered players with Joseph Weston, Alexei Rykov, and Tom Fiddler all earning callups to the big leagues. This has left an opening for all three captaincy positions. Unlike in past seasons where we held a team vote for the captains, this season saw a much clearer choice for each letter.

First, the two alternate captains. These two players have been pillars in both the locker room and in the community throughout their careers. Without further ado, your newest Kraken Alternate Captains are...

Now for the big one. Looking at the roster and how well everyone meshed together, there was one player who stood out among the rest.
