We realize this is a special circumstance with the player being officially retired but we wanted to do something special to honor our good friend Joe Kurczewski as he finishes up a long great playing career. We felt bringing him back home to Calgary where he started and played the majority of his career would be a nice virtual ending for one of the all-time SHL greats!
