Unfortunately, I missed one of the PTs this season (my first time, I know, I know) so I guess I don't get to copy and paste here. I'll just vent about the season instead. This was supposed to be a big leap forward for the San Francisco Pride but it seems we got a bit unlucky and ended up exiting in the first round again. I've been on this team for awhile and am quickly getting past my prime so I'd love to see a bit of glory, but there's always next year! And if not next year, then maybe the year after that. I don't know about the years after that because I'm going to quickly become useless to the up and coming young members of the team. Regardless, it's always fun to hang out in the San Francisco locker room, no matter what happens.

Prompt 2
Well this season went by quick to be honest and I had a great time with the Dragons. The locker room has been so friendly and it has been so much fun talkong with them. It is important for a team to have an active locker room and that is what the dragons have. How my season went was well and better than last season as I hit 20 goals and 40 points. I hit the 600 point mark but now I want to hit 300 goals which can be done next season. With the regression change, it will be sooner for the career of roenick to end. I want to be able to get roenick to play as much as possible as I may not recreate so it is time to grind for Roenick.

PROMPT 2
Oh, only 100 words this time? Well, we had a pretty good season in Carolina. Patya played really well and that felt good, and we finally won a playoff series during my tenure by crushing Maine in a solid sweep. However, our prize was playing against Newfoundland in the next round and we just didn't have the juice. They finished us off today and won the series 4-1. Our goaltender decided to just not show up for games 4 and 5, and I guess we were just at the mercy of FHM. That's okay though, because there's always next season...my last season...for a cup in the J. That said, it's already bittersweet. Carolina has really ushered me into this whole sim league thing rather nicely. I know this is dumb because I still have one season left, but I'm already thinking about it, so I may as well share. Best fucking locker room in this league, by far. Anyhoo, like I said, another solid season to be honest. I can't complain too much.

Well another season is almost in the books, and we find ourselfs in a 2-2 series tie with LAP, I can say this is not something we expected after beating Chicago 4-2 in the previous series. LA is showing to be a worthy opponent which backed by extremely strong goaltending. We will need to find a way to score more consistently if we want to ensure a win again LA.
This offseason looks to be one of the more interesting ones, as there are a ton of free agents testing this season, which a large group coming out of toronto. It is the first time we've seen something like this in awhile, it will be interested to see if they actually leave their current team. As we know too often the testing free agency is often just a headline. For the leagues hope, I do hope there is some player movement this off season.

I do not like this season. We had a rough start (as the past few seasons happens) but then we picked ourselves up (or Wally. He is strategic, tactic genius. an excellent coach). It was fun be for while to be top of the division. Later we stepped down and the Panthers got well-deserved first of division. The play-off went disastrous. It is painful to lose in GM7, especially, when You were in the lead before the opponent team tied the game and won in OT. Well deserved, congrats to Argo.
In the end, I wanna say that this season went ridiculously fast. Like.... lightning! Boom! It is over! Then some sounds follow.
The best thing I can say about Texas' season is that it's not over yet. Finished 2nd in the West conference and pushing deep into the playoffs. We made it past Minnesota in 5 games, which then put us up against #1 Seed Chicago. Things weren't looking good as we dropped the first two games on the road and headed back to Texas down 0-2. We managed to take the two games at home and tie the series 2-2. That obviously lit a fire under us since we managed to steal game 5 on the road and then finish it off in game 6 at home. From down 2 to four straight wins. We're now locked in a tough series with LAP, tied 2-2 with both teams stealing a road game. Hamilton is already finished and sitting waiting for whichever of us advance.

I am not excited that we had to trade sconnie to the falcons. While he is going to do great as a GM and bring that team back to relevancy, I'm going to miss playing with him on the ice and having him in the locker room. I would also like to talk a bit about the ridiculous amounts of complaining regarding the PTs or regression I've seen which has really turned me off. I don't know what people have against this double pt prompt thing and the mini pts are genuinely very fun. Also the regression complainers are super annoying, the old system was clearly broken and you're mad for what, it doesn't benefit you perfectly?
I'm really looking forward to the trading card platform now that it's close to implementation. We've also added player pages to the index which kinda went unnoticed by most, but it's a really cool new feature. I'm looking forward to totals being added to those tables. We are also working on an update platform, it has a very long way to go but it would be amazing if we can get something like this done. The site could be so much better with some automation to help the users create players and update them. This could be the biggest development project but also the biggest user improvement the site has ever seen if we do it right.

I'm not going to lie, I think the league is in a bad place. I may have stated this before on the forum, but in case I haven't: had I know how the competitiveness of the league was going to be now before I signed up, I never would have created. The same teams are winning and the same teams have the brightest futures. FHM knowledge is too important now, and so is having the free time to do copious amounts of testing. Putting effort into PTs and mPTs and media all season just to get bounced from the playoffs no matter what (if you even make it) is demoralizing and not only am I not tempted to recreate, but I'm probably going to retire before I expected. It sucks because this league was something I imagined I'd be a part of for years (and I suppose it has been years), but the competition problem and the new regression system (I REALLY understand it but it doesn't personally appeal to my idea of a long-term player) has my interest falling off a cliff.

If you completed all 5 prompt 1s this season, please copy and paste them all here for me to read! I would like to read them all but I'm too lazy to go clicking around, so put them all here for a cohesive story. YOU WILL NOT GET CREDIT FOR JUST PUTTING LINKS TO EACH PT SUBMISSION. Please copy and paste all the words into your submission this week. You still aren't required to actually write anything new if you don't want to.

It has been a fun time in the atlanta locker room any time we discuss PTs (point tasks) and how we sometime tend to have a similar approach to writing them. for many of us, including gold of glute @
goldenglutes and my cool @
micool132 and even sometimes gabriel johnson @
Gwdjohnson and @sears it can be very easy to get on a wrolle and just let the magic pour out, so much so that we may feel like a cartoon mouse singing a ballad to a hot young (legal) rat the way we get overcome with emotion. but for others @
Leppish @
Blastmeaway away there are some issues when it comes to PTs, like somehow not conjuring the spirit of a drunk in love cartoon mouse and not being able to come up with anything to write even though it's crazy easy (leppish) or perhaps being too high or too much of a towel or too high of a towel so that you forgor :skull: to do your PTs. Anyway , this topic is fun for discussion lately in the atlanta locker room. shoutout to nash! @
