to me a good logo should symbolize its brand in a somewhat simplistic manner and is easily recognizable. i am not a fan of text in logos, it clutters things up and tells you what you are looking at which i feel the logo itself should do. so there really only three choices for me here... Manhattan, Minnesota, and San Francisco. obviously out of the three Manhattan is my favorite and its nice to see that a lot of people agree, makes me feel that even though i am biased it is for sure a top tier logo. i do enjoy the Pride’s quite a bit actually. the Cheif’s is... okay.

The Edmonton Blizzard have the best logo in the SHL and it ain't even a contest. The different shades of blue combine beautifully with the white and gold accents, and it's such a bad ass looking fox.
Also I was involved with it so I may be just a little bias. Karey ftw.

Hell yeah he’s right, without a shadow of a doubt the best logo in the entirety of the league has to be Edmonton. The only team that comes close is LAP with the teal and orange.

Without bias, I think that the Edmonton Blizzard have the best logo in the SHL. You almost never see an arctic fox on a logo and it is perfectly displayed here with the colors gradually moving from white like snow to a deep icy blue. The yellow eyes are a nice touch and give it a bit more of a menacing and hostile look that hockey fans have come to know and love and the word ‘blizzard’ is given a frigid-like effect and both of these things are very appealing. As I write all of this, it sounds so simple, but that is the beauty of it all.

To compare it to some of the other logos, despite the fact that it is yet another animal logo, it does go against the grain of the numerous circular logos you see around the league. Of those, it is only one of three that does not have a background and of those it is the only one with the team name in the logo. It is a unique logo in this regard. On a side note, I think it goes particularly well against the white jersey rather than the darker blue jersey, but I also like the cyan colored jersey.

I’ll have to say no question that my Edmonton Blizzard has the best logo in the SHL. Of course, I am biased since I am in Edmonton’s system, but I do believe we have the coolest logo. Blue is my favorite color and I think the coyote/wolf or whatever dog that is looks sick.

I personally like the Tampa Bay Barracuda logo  .  I'm a fan of the color scheme and the mean fish is simple and clean.  The crunched hockey stick is a nice flair, although the tooth gap is a bit odd in the smaller alt w/o the stick.  Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

I think there are some strong logos in the SHL but I decided to throw my vote in for the LA Panthers. I like that their logo is a bit simpler than a lot of them. It has a color scheme that is unique and the panther silhouette coupled with the sunshine really convey a panther as well as the LA feel.

I like Buffalo's logo and the LA Panthers logo. My feelings on the Buffalo logo are a bit less iffy, because I think that it's fairly similar to the buffalo logo for HC Dinamo Minsk, which the man the myth the legend Andrei Kostitsyn plays for. LA's logo has a lot more originality to it imo, even if I'm not the biggest fan of the color scheme.

I think the Toronto North Stars don't get enough love on their current logo. The logo overall is really nice with the maple leaf on the left side of the CN Tower and the star on the right side of it. The tower in the middle is what's really make it for me as it's an iconic attraction of the town. Overall sweet design and pleasant on the eyes. For me it's definitively one of the best logo of the league currently.

Shouldn’t even be a question about which team has the best logo. It’s far and away the New Orleans Spectors. The colour scheme is impeccable, the Fleur de Lis is an excellent grab from the city’s culture, and the spector itself is worked in beautifully and looks baller as hell.

There is really only one choice out there and it is Los Angeles Panthers. No bias at all, i've always said it was my favourite logo AND color scheme (together with the Portland Admirals). NEW, BUF and WKP are the closest ones after that, but it's still a big gap.

Hamilton Steelhawks have the best logo, in my opinion, I have to say this since I am the GM of the Hamilton Steelhawks and honestly it is the best logo.

For whatever reason my favorite logo every since joining has been the Minnesota Chiefs logo. My friend Boon owned the team way back when and it's just been such an amazing logo that it's hard for me to pick another one.
