Pasta was alarmed to wake up from his comma to find himself in the los angelas training room, surrounded by an entire team in various stages of undress. He snapped to consciousness and quickly asserted himself, identifying a lack of zero tanning lamps, lettuce feed stations, marinara bathing tubs. After several aggressive snaps, the team quickly dressed themselves and set off to work making the locker room more reptile friendly. While construction was slow, he was relieved to see his team mates committed to comforting him, with extended shell scrubs and prolonged toe lock sessions. He is also delighted that the new uniforms feature astronaut technology which allows him to better regulate his body temperature while on the ice, which will likely prove to be to his advantage as he sets out to break the SHL record for most career blocked shots. Thanks so much for taking a chance on this turtle LAP! I will make you proud <3

Marton has been away from home a lot since coming over to the J and SHL, and moving his off-season home to Ireland. Texas pays him well so he's got a nice place to sleep and unwind, but it's still new and he's still adjusting. So you can bet he likes to spend a lot of time at La Salle Arena, where there's always something to do and other Renegades players and staff members to hang out with. While there are plenty of great restaurants right inside the arena, he's super thankful for the team kitchen and cooks. They've learned how to make all his favorite homestyle dishes while still keeping him healthy. Plus they've given him access to some of the kitchen even when it's not staffed, so he can throw together late night and early morning snacks on his own. And what's even better: though the film room is super fancy with the connected tablets and telestrator and everything, the a/v team was kind enough to hook up a VCR so he can watch his favorite movies and taped TV shows!

Since we've been able to fleece cheat guilt convince the taxpayers to pay for our new stadium, it only felt right to give them some influence on the naming of the stadium. Therefore, the club had decided to poll the entire city on what the name of the new Minnesota Monarchs would be. We've seen loads of great names roll in in the first round of our polling. Names like "Cinderella's Royal Table", or "The Monarchs Court Room". Even fantastic throwbacks like "Mayosota Chefs Kitchen", and inspiring names such as "Arena McArenaFace" were entered into the competition. Eventually five of the best names were selected, and could be voted on. Voting was open to anyone between the ages of 15 and 45 (we don't need boomers ruining more things for the future generations), and ultimately the name that was picked was as as great as it was simple and effective. Henceforth, the new arena shall simply be called: "The Castle".

Wow. It worked. We got that arena to stay in our city. I’m glad I don’t have to move from Baltimore, again. A big thanks to all the fans who supported the new arena being built and keeping the team right here in this city where it belongs. After all, this is home. It will be a gorgeous new hockey arena right in the central part of the city, hopefully becoming a tourist attraction with other amenities as well. As for the name, it’s still to be determined, but some corporations have reached out for the rights. We’ve had Cinnamon Toast Crunch arena be proposed after the Whalers rejected that, sadly. I don’t know if it will happen. Starbucks has also tried to come up with a plan to buy the rights as well, as it would work well with their BAPpacino Cappucino promotion which has been running alongside the SHL season in Maryland and surrounding areas!

Elena's brother, Jasper Maximov, was always super demanding and got a lot of attention and things for it. As a result, Elena learned to take care of herself and is pretty easy to please so just having clean and functional amenities is good enough for her. The Citadelles play in a brand new, state-of-the-art arena and there's absolutely nothing she can find to complain about. She's been with the team for 3 seasons now and she loves spending time in the arena and have her own spots to hang out with her teammates and relax. Things might change when she moves to Minnesota permanently because they're an old SHL franchise and their home arena shows its age. Still, when she goes there for training camp, she still thinks their facilities are more than adequate and she's looking forward to moving up to the SHL and fall into a new routine with her new team.

Amenities are what makes a rink worth playing at! From the state of the art exercise room to the sauna and ice baths, the Tony Pepperoni Dome has everything an SHL player could dream of. The quality of our facilities is unmatched, but the real strength is in our support staff and benefits. Blizzard players can quickly get anything they need, from world class food at team facilities to assistance with shopping, travel, and planning for both team and individual outreach events. There is a chance, though, that we took "give the players what they want" a bit too far, though. When the team requested a new rec room to support their video game habit in the name of "team bonding" management quickly went all in, setting up a dedicated game station to accommodate the team. Since the release of Diablo 4, though, the Blizzard's record has plummeted, recording over half of their losses so far this season over the span of a few days. Will Edmonton right the ship, or will their general manager's obsession with fighting monsters in hell be the downfall of a contender on the ice?

Definitely naming an arena is hard. Unfortunately because arena's have sponsors now they aren't named after anyone local anymore. Gone are the days that they are named after famous owners. I think for us we would most likely be named after a big corporation in Texas. I think if we were to move the team to Austin or are already in Austin, that we would rename the arena the google arena. I think in the district would be restaurants and the organization would help to continue the resurrection of the city. (I am very impartial to what the Prudential center is doing for Newark (Devils)). I think because of Google being the sponsor as well as the amount of Google fiber internet that is ran through Texas that there would definitely be internet cafes in the district by the arena. Because of the amount of unused area in Texas, I don't think the arena would necessarily be built in the city. I think it would be built ouside of it and the development would be built around it and be connected to the city.

PLAYER PROMPT - Amenities Wish-list
The thing Crystal cares about most in the stadiums she plays in is good ice and crowds of fans. But as far as physical amenities, while she hates cardio, she finds it tolerable if she can do it with a view so she has had the A/V department help her rig a set up on the treadmill to simulate running through the streets of Kelowna on a nice spring day through the use of footage they've recorded and a VR headset. While not a perfect system, it allows her to explore the city a bit from the discomfort of the weight room. In addition, Crystal advocated for the installation of a full Sense Arena VR setup complete with synthetic ice for her to practice puck handling and movement on. This has paid off in her defensive improvements through this season with the Knights. As far as amenities for fans, Crystal has convinced the team to install a fan zone that includes a touch-reactive screen that allows fans to simulate shooting against whatever goalie the Knights are facing that night, as well as several consoles and TVs to play the SHL 71 video game.

As a professional athlete, I prioritize stadium amenities that enhance my performance and overall experience. A top-notch ice surface is crucial for smooth skating and precise movements. In the locker room, I value spaciousness and modern amenities that foster team camaraderie and provide a comfortable setting for pre-game preparations. The weight room must feature state-of-the-art equipment tailored to my training needs, ensuring I can maintain peak physical condition. Equally important, the film room requires high-quality projectors and comfortable seating for in-depth game analysis and strategic planning. Positive surprises, such as a well-appointed player lounge or advanced sports science facilities, enhance the overall experience. Conversely, outdated facilities or insufficient equipment would be disappointing. My focus is on stadiums that prioritize player well-being and offer modern amenities, enabling me to perform at my best and showcase my unwavering passion for hockey. With these amenities in place, I can maximize my potential and contribute to the success of my team.

Ah, crap! They still want my input after what I did to the fans. After I promised them something in order to raise money I fled Anchorage fearing that they'd retaliate against me. Is this a trap to get me to come back so they can beat the root beer out of me? Or were they so impressed by my conniving ways that they'll welcome me back with open arms? Nonetheless, somehow the stadium was already approved to be named Barg Hazbite Arena, so that's already taken care of. I think the safest thing for me to do is do a Zoom call for me to provide my input. Obviously, with the teardown of the old stadium, the new and glorious Barg Hazbite Arena will be constructed where the old one was, but there are some undeveloped areas near there that the team owns that they could expand to. Maybe increased parking? Perhaps a huge Barg Hazbite Statue? Arena transit so people can shuttle quickly and safely to watch their team play? I have ideas, just cautious of why they want my input now.

Prompt 2 - Perhaps due to his time on the Atlanta Inferno, one of the most important things to Jack Nishimori to have in the stadium and in all team training areas is appropriate heating. Nishimori had to pay out of his contract to retrofit his locker with heating in the seat and to keep his gear dry and warm in storage when he moved to the Patriotes. Jack even had glove warmers at his spot on the bench to help dry out his gloves and keep his hands warm. In addition to the various warming gear that Jack needs to have in the stadium and around team facilities, Jack also expects to have top level food and recreation amenities available. Montreal has excelled at this, with ping pong tables and a hot dog roller in the locker room. It is critical to Jack's process that he's able to keep warm and down ten or more hot dogs while he settles in and prepares for an upcoming game.

There’s a lot of things Willow would want in her new stadium for Regina. The first requirement is she wants a dedicated gaming room so she can practice for her Counter Strike regionals during off days from working out. She’s a long time player and on the radar of several pro teams so a place to hone her craft would go a long way. The second thing she’d want would be a Panera. Willow is known to go to the local Panera in Regina for every meal she’s ever eaten, and on the road she only goes to Panera as well, so if there’s no Panera she’d be very upset. She would want a weight room but only if the weight room has cardboard cutouts of Arnold Schwarzenegger in them so that she can have a buddy to lift with at 4AM. The film room would need those new movie theater lounge seats so that she can have a nice nap after a long film session.
