If no one has 5 votes on them, no one will be hung.
Threshold will lower as days go by.

Yes.
Prevents a single vote or two from hanging someone.
Votes will be counted and results will be announced at 8pm EST.
All night actions need to be to me by 9am tomorrow. This will be how it goes for the game unless otherwise noted.
